VEGETABLE :- As vegetables are raw and filled with care, they need to be replaced within 1–2 hours. If you want to replace the items (only when the items are damaged and spoiled) as soon as they arrive at your doorstep, then you can go through hand-to-hand replacement with the delivery person. GROCERY :- Replacement of grocery items should be within 2–3 days in case the product package is leaked, expired, or contains misplaced items. For replacement, Bill is important in the first place.

SWEET & FAST FOODS :- There is no replacement or cancellation policy for Sweet and Fast Food items, so please make sure before proceeding with payment, that if the parcel or packaging is damaged or the wrong item is delivered, there is an exchange policy available.

COSMETIC :- For replacing cosmetic products, the seal shouldn’t be opened. Replacement of cosmetic products should take 2–3 days. For replacement, Bill is important in the first place.

GARMENTS :- At the time of replacement for garment items (only when the items are damaged, improper size or wrong color). For replacement, the items should not be stained or washed, and the tags should not be opened. Replacement of garment products should take 2–3 days. ELECTRONIC :- For electronics, the delivery person will open and verify in front of you at the doorstep. After assuring the product from your side, there will be no further replacement.

HOME DECORATIVE STUFF :- For home decorative stuff, the items will be replaced only when they are broken or misplaced with the wrong items. Replacement of the product should be 2-3 days. For replacement, Bill is important in the first place.
