How to use

Start by thoroughly wetting your hair. Squeeze out a sufficient amount of Dove Intense Repair Shampoo into your palm. The amount you need depends on the length and thickness of your hair. Rub the shampoo and then, apply the lather to your hair. Start at the roots and work your way to the ends. Focus on the scalp and areas where your hair is most oily or damaged. Use your fingertips to gently massage your scalp with the shampoo. After massaging the shampoo into your hair and scalp, thoroughly rinse your hair with warm water. Ensure that all the shampoo is completely washed out.
